This downtown South Haven home decorated with antiques and filled with the charm of the Victorian Era is a perfect place for your next vacation or weekend get away. Our Conger Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, sleeps 6 comfortably with plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying the Michigan sun. This fully furnished home has modern conveniences. An enclosed front porch gives you room to leave your sandy gear after a day at the beach; enjoy a rainy afternoon with a book in the cozy living room curled up near the fireplace; and after a backyard barbecue gather in the family room overlooking the fenced yard for games or an old movie. Enjoy an easy walk to town for restaurants, quaint shops, a movie theater, bars, art fairs and festivals. Only 1/2 mile to the Kal-Haven trail where you can bike or hike on 30 miles of paved path; 1/4 mile to the Black River for boat launches, parks, fishing and Marina; 3/4 mile to the South Beach with playgrounds, refreshments, showers and the famous South Haven Pier.
South Haven is located in Southwest Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan. This area is well known for its beautiful sandy swimming beaches, awesome sunsets, and lake views. Activities in the area include swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, boating, fishing, golfing, biking, dunes rides. You will also find the Maritime Museum, Blueberry & Harbor Festival, Art Museum, Fine Art and Craft Fairs, Live Music on the water, Tall Ship Tours and Sails, Antique Shops, Winery Tours and more....

***Rental Policies
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
- Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $75 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
- Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
- Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
- Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
- Check-in times are Friday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out Friday 10:00 a.m...eastern time during summer season.
***We accept /Checks/Money Orders/Paypal/Credit Cards at this time. Through Paypal, you may use credit/debit cards. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
- Once you find out if the week you'd like to vacation is available, please reserve your week by sending your deposit of $750. Send Check or Money Order payable to "At Sunset Shores", or use our...
- Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $750 weekly deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail. Notify us through e-mail your name, address, e-mail address, and which week(s) you'd like reserved.
- Credit Card Payments can be made by phone...call (269)427-7113. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
- Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
***We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover for your convenience. There is an extra 3% service charge for this service.
