This cozy Cottage has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and sunsets from nearly every room. This very relaxed child friendly home sleeps 7, includes 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, an enclosed porch that can be used as a bedroom with 4 twin beds, 1 full bath, a daybed in livingroom. A sandy private beach is accessed by taking a short walk just 4 homes north of this cottage, and shared with 2 other homes. There are just over 100 stairs... stairs are 5 years old. Includes a fire pit in backyard, swing set, hammock overlooking the Lake.
This fully furnished home is located within walking distance to our Beach Haven Luxury Home... For big groups...these 2 homes will sleep up to 21. Located 10 miles north of St. Joseph, and 12 miles south of South Haven.
Weekly & nightly rentals available March through October...
- March 1-June 13...$850/week... $145/night...
- June 14-September 12... $1,250/week...
- September 13-October 31... $850/week... $145/night...
- **This is a Saturday-Saturday check-in/out on weekly rentals...
***Additional fees include... $500 refundable damage deposit, 6% MI sales tax, plus $60 cleaning fee on all weekly & nightly rentals.
***Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet

This rustic COTTAGE HAVEN is located in Southwest Michigan and is highly well-known for it's beautiful sandy beaches, sunsets and lake views. Near quaint little vacation towns with lots of Summer attractions, including: "Blueberry Fest", "Harbor Fest", "Venetian Fest",Dragon Boat races, Fish Boils, Winery's, Farm Markets, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Dune Rides, Sailboating, Charter boats, Jet Ski rentals, Maritime Museum with a Tall Ship docked in S. Haven, with tours. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located only about 6 miles away...Take exit 1 off I-196, go east, look for signs.

Pets are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per pet.
***Rental Policies
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
- Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $60 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
- Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
- Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
- Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
- Check-in times are Saturday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out Saturday 10:00 a.m...eastern time during summer season.
***We accept /Checks/Money Orders/Paypal/Credit Cards at this time. Through Paypal, you may use credit/debit cards. A 3% credit card charge will be added.

- Once you find out if the week you'd like to vacation is available, please reserve your week by sending your deposit of $625. Send Check or Money Order payable to "At Sunset Shores", or use our...
- Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $625 deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail. Notify us through e-mail your name, address, e-mail address, and which week(s) you'd like reserved.
- Credit Card Payments can be made by phone...call (269)427-7113. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
- Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
***We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover for your convenience. There is an extra 3% service charge for this service.
