This home is located in Southwestern Michigan, two blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan, with breathtaking sunsets. Only 90 miles from downtown Chicago, and approx. 3 hours from Detroit. 10 miles south to St. Joseph, or 12 miles north to South Haven, you will find dining, theatre's, shops, entertainment, jet skiing, sailing, charter boats, fishing, biking, hiking, kids museum. Winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing/snowboarding. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located within 10 miles...take exit 1 off I-196, go east...follow signs.

Weekly & nightly rentals available year round.

• September 12-May 22... $1,400/week... $225/night.
• May 23-June 12...$1,800/week... $300/night.
• June 13-September 11... $2,200/week... $2,000/Bi-weekly.

**Added fees include... $500 refundable damage deposit, plus $120 cleaning fee on all weekly & nightly rentals. (prices subject to change)

Our Hagar Wooded Retreat sleeps 12 comfortably... and is nestled in a wooded area with a scenic wildlife view. This newly built home is very unique with it's high ceilings, open floor plan, along with beautiful wood floors & decor. Includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, jacuzzi tub in master bath,lower level with walk-out decks, has central A/C and ceiling fans,
The main level is new construction w/vaulted ceilings that combines livingroom, diningroom (seats 8), kitchen with bar & barstools. Beautiful wood flooring accommodates a large open living area with kitchen/dining/livingroom w/fireplace, several windows & sliding glass doors that walk out to deck overlooking scenic woods, sofa, 2 chairs, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, master bedroom with queen bed & double shower bath with jacuzzi tub, another bedroom with queen bed, 1 full bath, washer/dryer available for guests to use.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms... one with a twin upper/full lower bunkbed, one with a twin upper & lower bunkbed & rollout twin trundle, a full bath, a queen sofa sleeper in family room w/fireplace and several sliding glass doors that walk out to a large patio over looking scenic woods, sectional couch, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, & internet access. Only 2 blocks from a sandy swimming beach. Easy access to the lake, with no bluff.

Sorry, this is a non-smoking, no pets home.

• There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates ($1,100).
• Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of $1,100 rental rate, $120 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
• Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus $100 office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
• Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from you damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
• Maid service is available for those who stay more than a week and would like a maid to come in during your stay, for an extra charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
• Check-in times are Friday 4:00 p.m./check-out Friday 10:00 a.m. (eastern time) during summer season.

• Also, please let us know through mail, phone, or e-mail (at the bottom of this page), which week you would like reserved along with your name, address, phone #.
• Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
