Our Hidden Pond Cottageis located in S.W. Michigan... A quiet, secluded, wooded hideaway, close to beaches... Fully furnished... Only a 10 mile drive north of "Four Winds Casino" in New Buffalo & 8 miles south of St. Joseph. This charming child friendly, dog friendly, cozy family cottage is only 1 1/2 hours from downtown Chicago... Near Lake Michigan's sandy swimming fresh water beaches. Relax & enjoy the 3+ acres, with a fishing pond, screened-in gazebo, backyard firepit, children's swing, plus, a nice large socializing deck nestled in the middle of a large backyard. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 2 bedrooms (with queen bed in each), plus 2 roll-away twin beds, 1 bath. Take a short 1.1 mile trip to the Lincoln Township Beach where the whole family can enjoy the dunes, a large sandy swimming beach with picnic tables, bathrooms, covered shelter, a birdwatch & nature trail along with a high scenic trail. Oh, & bring your dog along... dogs are welcome at the park & beach!

Michigan area is highly well-known for it's beautiful sandy fresh water swimming beaches, sunsets and lake views. with lots of Summer attractions, including: 'Blueberry Fest', 'Harbor Fest', 'Venetian Fest',Dragon Boat races, Fish Boils, Winery's, Farm Markets, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Petting Zoo, Dune Rides, Sailboating, Charter boats, Jet Skiing, Maritime Museum with a Tall Ship docked in S. Haven, with tours. Winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing/snowboarding. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located only about 12 miles away...Take exit 1 off I-196, go east, look for signs.

Sorry, non-smoking home... Please enjoy your cigarette/cigars outside on the deck. We do accept dogs for an extra $50 fee.

***Rental Policies

• There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
• Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $60 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
• Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
• Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
• Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
• Check-in times are Sunday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out Sunday 10:00 a.m...eastern time during summer season.

• Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $500 weekly deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail. Notify us through e-mail your name, address, e-mail address, and which week(s) you'd like reserved.
• Credit Card Payments can be made by phone...call (269)427-7113. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
• Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
