Our unique secluded wooded, 2,200 sq. ft. 2 unit Condo/duplex, sleeps up to 16 & is located in Hagar Shores, in Southwestern Michigan... only a 3 minute private path walk to Lake Michigan and a quiet public beach. Only 90 miles from downtown Chicago, and approx. 3 hours from Detroit. It's just 10 miles north of St. Joseph, & approx. 12 miles south of South Haven. Attractions nearby are: sandy swimming beach, boating, jet skiing, sailing, parasailing, charter boats, fishing, dining, theatre's, antique shops, biking & hiking trails, horseback riding, kids museum, & indoor water park. Winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing/snowboarding. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located within 12 miles...take exit 1 off I-196, go east...follow signs.
This newly remodeled contemporary home has beach access right from the backyard... and in literally 3 minutes you've walked on your private path through the woods and sitting on a wide sandy swimming beach, with miles to walk. There are only two units in this unique condo/duplex, which is nestled in the dunes and woods affording privacy in a secluded setting. Both units are totally remodeled with new flooring, countertops, cathedal ceilings and skylight provide a spacious wide open feeling and a deck/patio to sit out and enjoy the woods and dunes with the sun glistening through the trees. In Winter, the fireplace/stove provides a warm cozy feeling while watching deer roam through the woods.
Each Condo is 1,100 sq. ft., sleeps 8, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, wood stove/fireplace, kitchen/dining & livingroom with modern conveniences. Master bedroom includes king or queen bed, second bedroom includes queen bed & twin bunk bed. Livingroom features a pull-out couch for sleeping. Diningroom seating for 8.
***This is a yearly rental... Rentals will begin Spring, 2008

- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates ($1,650 for both units during Summer Season).
- Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $60 cleaning fee per unit, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
- Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus $100 office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
- Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from you damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
- Check-out cleaning service is included in weekly/nightly rental fees. Maid service is available for those who stay more than a week and would like a maid to come in during your stay, for an extra charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
- Check-in times are Saturday 4:00 p.m./check-out Saturday 10:00 a.m.
***We accept /Checks/Money Orders/Paypal/Credit Cards at this time. Through Paypal, you may use credit cards. A 3% credit card charge will be added.

- Summer weekly deposits... Once you find out if the week you'd like to vacation is available, please reserve your week by sending your deposit of $1,650. Send Check or Money Order payable to "At Sunset Shores, Ltd.", or use our...
- Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $1,650 deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail.
- Credit Card Payments accepted by phone, call...(269)427-7113. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
- Also, please let us know through mail, phone, or e-mail (at the bottom of this page), which week you would like reserved along with your name, address, phone #.
- Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
