This large newly remodeled home has been uniquely named 'The Darn Barn'. Sleeps 18 & has been redesigned from a huge barn into a 3 floor vacation home. The top (3rd) floor includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths; kitchen with modern appliances along with a large wrap around deck overlooking the yard where you can see Lake Michigan through the trees. Bedrooms on the 3rd floor include... Master bedroom 1 king, 2nd bdrm. 1 queen, 3rd bdrm. 2 futons, 4th bdrm. a pull-out sofa sleeper. The 2nd floor includes 3 bdrm, and 2 full baths... 1st bdrm. 1 queen, 2nd bdrm. 1 queen, 3rd bdrm. 1 futon along with a walk out deck. This property has on the first floor, a game room with pool table, ping pong table, air hockey & other games; half bath, 2 large garages for boat storage or other large items, along with a smaller garage. There is a private beach access shared with another home just a short walk down the road, less than a block.
Year-round 2008 rates...
- Jan. 3 through May 21... $2,500/week...$425/night.
- May 22 through June 11... $2,800/week... $475/night.
- June 12 through Sept. 10... $3,000/week... $500/night.
- Sept. 11 through Oct. 16... $2,800/week... $475/night.
- Oct. 17 through Dec. 28... $2,500/week... $425/night.
- Dec. 29 through Jan. 2... $3,000/week... $500/night.
*There is a 3 night minimum stay during Summer Season.
*A $200 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
*A 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to all rentals.
*A $500 refundable damage deposit will be added to all rentals.
*Additional charge for pet stay.

This large newly remodelled Barn is located in Southwest MichiganOur local summer area attractions are swimming in fresh Lake Michigan water enjoying the sandy sunny beaches, Boating, Jet Skiing, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Fishing, Blueberry, Venetian, Peach & Harbor Festivals along with a kids museum, kids petting zoo, maritime museum including Tall Ship tours & sails. An assortment of music bands play on the river in St. Joe & S. Haven. Dune rides within 30 minutes. There are nature trails within 15 miles for hiking, biking, horseback riding. In the Fall, take long drives through many roads of very colorful scenery. Our winter attractions include ice sculptures, ice skating & sledding in South Haven & we offer downhill skiing/snowboarding & cross country skiing within 30 miles.

***Rental Policies
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
- Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $200 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
- Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
- Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
- Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
- Check-in times are 4:00 p.m.../check-out 10:00 a.m...eastern time.
***We accept /Checks/Money Orders/Paypal/Credit Cards at this time. Through Paypal, you may use credit cards. A 3% credit card charge will be added
- Once you find out if the week you'd like to vacation is available, please reserve your week by sending your deposit of $1,500. Send Check or Money Order payable to "At Sunset Shores,Ltd.", or use our...
- Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $1,500 deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail. Notify us through e-mail your name, address, e-mail address, and which week(s) you'd like reserved.
- Credit Card Payments can be made by phone...call (269)465-3791. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
- Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
***We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover for your convenience. There is an extra 3% service charge for this service.
